Ο Δημήτρης Τζεφαλής (γεν. το 1974), είναι Καθηγητής Φυσικής Αγωγής MSc. απόφοιτος του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστήμιου Θεσσαλονίκης με μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές στην «Ανθρώπινη απόδοση και υγεία». Κατοικεί και εργάζεται στη Δράμα.

Είναι ο εμπνευστής και προπονητής της ομάδας δρόμων αντοχής O.S.B._Endurance Team (One Step Beyond) που σκοπό έχει τη διάδοση των δρόμων μεγάλων αποστάσεων και της καλύτερης υγείας του πληθυσμού και των δρομέων στη χώρα μας . Είναι παράλληλα προπονητής του Συλλόγου Κλασικού Αθλητισμού Δράμας και εν ενεργεία δρομέας και λάτρης των μεσαίων και μεγάλων αποστάσεων ασφάλτου και ορεινού τρεξίματος.

Είναι ο συγγραφέας του προπονητικού βιβλίου δρόμων μεγάλων αποστάσεων «Φέρνοντας κοντά τις μεγάλες αποστάσεις» και του εμψυχωτικού εγχειριδίου «Πού τρέχει ο λογισμός σου», τα οποία κυκλοφορούν από τις εκδόσεις Sportbook.
